According to a recent report, the new successor to the iPhone SE will launch in time for Summer of 2018 and include the same kind of glass back found on the iPhone 8, iPhone 8 Plus and iPhone X. This will allow the same wireless charging capabilities to be included, although there will be no 3D sensing (3D Touch and Face ID) capabilities as found on the iPhone X. Samsung is also planning to unveil its Galaxy S9 handset at Mobile World Congress next month. While the Galaxy S8 successor has been teased with camera improvements, the design of the Galaxy S9 is rumoured to be almost identical to the S8. VentureBeat has now published what it claims are images of the Galaxy S9 and Galaxy S9+. The front of both devices look nearly identical to the Galaxy S8, and suggest that the S9 will have a similar bezel less display and still feature Samsung’s controversial Bixby button.
