I am NOT ready to wake up this morning. I've had a very busy weekend, with full days of work both days. I had no plans to workout on the weekend, but I did plan to keep my meals healthy. That didn't go EXACTLY as planned. We ended up going out for dinner on Friday, which I excused as a once a week treat, but then we also ended up unexpectedly going out on Saturday night and we were both starving, so we ended up grabbing an unhealthy snack then too. The rest of saturday and all of sunday did go as planned.
I'm also awake early for my workout this morning (which is a major accomplishment because I worked a closing shift last night and have an opening shift this morning- I'm so sleepy 😅) and my meals are packed for the day so I expect today to be better! I do have a couple of things going on this week that could derail my healthy eating - I'm going out of town with friends immediately after work on Thursday so we'll be grabbing food on the road, and saturday i'm hosting a party. So my plan is to let those slide and focus on the rest of my week!
