Are you ready for the @run.sup race next week? Ran the course again today and it's looking good. 2 miles #running and 2 miles #standuppaddle in some beautiful #southwalton scenery. If you run out of breath just say you stopped to enjoy the view. That's what I do.

Just under 4 miles at #redbugtrail in #tallahassee . Reminder that this time of year it gets dark earlier, misjudged sunset and almost got a little lost. Had to pull out the #alltrails map and a flashlight.

Day 43...1 mile sup+2 mile run+1 mile sup. This is the fall RUN/SUP Race course! (The paddle is not split in the race) I love nothing more than mixing up training. Quote of the day...we are a bunch of runners who like to do other things than just run!
