Much rather indulge myself in these taco lettuce wraps than study 😩
1. Sauté 3 cloves of garlic and 1/2 an onion with some coconut oil.
2. Add cooked quinoa, black beans, corn, green peppers, taco seasoning and salt & pepper.
3. Build your wrap! I added tomatoes, avocado and fresh cilantro on top 😋 I also used Boston leaf lettuce but butter lettuce is a much better choice :)
