This is what it looks like to try to squeeze in what was supposed to be just a short KB workout during a busy work day (I didn't even want to change out of my dress) but was interrupted by: my dogs chasing some runners up the street, my neighbors stopping by the pick up some fencing, my dogs then chasing their tractor down the street when they drove away, two separate phone calls, and finally ended with my father-in-law needing assistance with e-signing a document. And now it's time to start dinner. I guess some days it's not in the cards and you have to roll with it. The sequence was supposed to start with 10 deadlifts. I did exactly 8 here before throwing in the towel.
