I’ve been a head case for the past few months and have had a bad attitude towards training. Today I took the pressure off and remembered to have FUN! I took really small jumps from 72,73,74,75,76,77 and that helped my break a mental barrier I’ve had with trying to snatch 75 🤷🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️ little by little we will get there.

If it wasn’t for all the hardships you have battled ⚔️ in your life you wouldn’t be the man you are in this very moment.

Lots has happened in my life from loosing my brother at an early age to getting distracted from my fitness journey and having to re-start due to unhealthy habits.

I might not like everything that has happened in my life but if it wasn’t for those experiences (even if unfortunate) - I wouldn’t be the man who I am today.

So life fvck you for making life hard and all the sad moments but also thank you for all the hardships; if it wasn’t for those moments I wouldn't have the hunger to seek positive change and improve myself everyday.

So much progress has been made in the last 2 months. So many good friendships and fun moments have happened.

I try to make it here as often as I can and when I do the environment makes me push myself and I always leave with something new to add to my training or end up learning a new skill.

I do these after I snatched. I keep the barbell over my head and then ..drop😁 also with every weight til I start my first set of the tainingsplan

Step2️⃣: snatches (after I warmed up my shoulders and legs with the #Overheadsquats 🏋️) First with the Barbell,then I move on with weight until I get the weight my set starts with.
I do 2-3 repetitions with every weight
