Day 2 of deloads, bench work called for 240 3x4 and backdown sets of 200 3x6 which I ended up holding my breath for the whole set πŸ˜‚πŸ€·β€β™‚οΈ followed by some back accessories. My whole body felt tight from yesterday but my speed out of the hole felt really good today even if it was lighter weight. β€’

Move of the Week: Box Jumps
Begin at the top of the box & jump down to the floor and then use that spring in your step as momentum to bounce yourself back up, pausing at the top of the box each time.
Incorporating plyo movements to your routine will allow you to gain more power, strength and endurance.
Keep a soft knee as you jump up and down with you chest up and core tight.
