Without a plan, specific goals & a time frame your guessing your way through life.
Planning what I want to achieve physically is always a good idea in early December, Christmas can put you back a month maybe even 2 if you let yourself go.
Think about it......for instance you have a goal to lose 5kg of body fat in the first 12 weeks of the new year...But... You spend the festive period, at lunches and buffets, eating & drinking as you please. Suddenly January 1st is here, firstly your unprepared, secondly you now have 10kg to lose.
I enjoy what the festive season has to offer but I know my plan of action in advance, stay in control & don't give myself a ton of extra work in the new year.
