Journaling has many purposes. Getting out any frustration and anger . Writing down what you are grateful for. Keeping track of where you are in your workout program.. . I have struggled with journaling and have not put it into practise yet. . I should at the very least be journaling where I am in my fitness program so as not to repeat workouts.. . Pressed play today and because it’s my workout that happens every Saturday I did not realize I was doing a repeat until I recognized the case conversations. Ugh brain fluff. . Do you love to journal?
