Follow me @IG.Fitness.Girls 🏋️ . . Stretch sessions!! I purposely don’t wear sneakers when I book in my recover session so I ONLY stretch. I do tend to avoid my recovery sessions and find myself walking instead because I find them too slow😂. In saying that, I feel SOOOOO good after and I sleep like a baby at night so its the best!! There are going to be things that you JUST DO NOT feel like doing.... but sometimes they are the BEST things to do for your body at the time. So make sure you are stretching and foam rolling ladies!! I promise you will not regret it !
