Quad dominant exercise. Heels elevated, keep weight on your toes. Focus on the quad contraction, slow and controlled movement. I tend to work more quads on squat days. Hitting the hammys on deadlift days. Lovin it!

We’re not all perfect, and my nutrition over the past 3 months hasn’t been the best, I’ll admit. But one thing I always tried to stay conscious about was protein intake. Without adequate protein makes it harder to gain, and that’s jus self explanatory.
.
My overall goal, as many others, to get stronger without all the excess unneeded calories. Every single time I’m busting my ass in the gym, and it’s awesome. Loving every bit of training right now.

Whatever it is that you love to do, make sure you you jus apply yourself 100%! Zone out, put on your blinders, blast some music, and DO THE FUCKIN WORK!

That’s what’s fuckin scary. That’s what you have to risk. You HAVE to show up! Go through the motions. Don’t wanna workout? Move your fuckin legs! Don’t think, jus do when you know you’ll only benefit from it.

If you don’t, you’ll be waking up every Monday morning dreading it. Not wanting to go to that job Monday-Friday. YOU make your own decisions! So if you’re in a shitty spot, make a better choice. That person fuck you over? Well that was you’re choice to keep them in your life. You let what you want in your life.

Yesssss. Yes. Yes! We all need fat. Fat doesn’t make you fat. Excess calories makes you fat.

Fat is stored energy. It’s our bodies natural insulation and prevents disease. Also, it’s our bodies reserve tank when needed for everything inside to work properly when we’re not getting what’s needed from outside sources.

Progress pics is where so much self motivation comes from. Take them! Compare. The average healthy amount of fat to lose/week is 1-2 lbs. Keep that in mind. So don’t focus so much on the number on the scale.

I found that stress is often caused by lack of action. There’s something on your mind that’s bothering you and instead of dealing with it you’re pushing it aside.

Make it list of things needed to get done. On the daily. Do it every single day, over n over. You’ll never get to where you wanna be if you wait for the opportunity. Shit ain’t coming. You gotta take that shit.
