Real talk: I would be lying if I said I weren't results-driven. After spending years of trial and error, I've gotten so motivated to become as knowledgeable about fitness as possible and to actually see RESULTS.
No, I don't work out because I hate my body. I just love seeing myself get stronger. I love knowing exactly what I'm doing and guaranteeing an outcome when I put in work. 🤷🏽♀️ That's what motivates me to give my 100% every time I workout.
Of course, there are MANY other reasons why I work out and I do believe that there is far more to life than having a good body... but nothing makes me happier and more motivated than knowing I'm in control of my own body and that I can train it lift heavy a$$ iron and transform myself into a freakin machine. 💪🏽
