Went out to dinner last night and had LOTS of CARB energy for today’s leg session!! 🍝 🍤 🍺 👈🏼 1st video is a mix of lifting, with integrated exercises to raise my heart rate. I started off heavier and work my way down to just the bar. I’ve been working on incorporating some more body weight exercise for my core and I have noticed that I’m slowly but surely getting a stronger in the mid section! And yes... I have chalk all over my face by the end of my workout!! I’m always a sweaty mess... all those cute girls working out need to give this mama some tips b/c I look like a wild hog that just fell out of a 🌪 by the end of my workouts!!
2nd video are pistol squats and the infamous 🍤-up!! Some days I work specifically on PS form and the other days I work on how many reps I can do in a row. The second half is my “shrimp 🍤 up 👆🏼” I WAS SO SHOCKED WHEN I ACTUALLY STOOD UP! Like seriously 😳 STOOD UP! I’m not even sure how that happened but I’m already sore!!
