Work smarter, not harder. Training with injuries can be tricky but with the right provider, you can still make progress towards your goals. Here's a short clip of sled drags that I like to incorporate for many different purposes. Recently I've been dealing with some hip pain, so I like doing sled work to sub for squats. It's great for leg strength without taxing the back and there are many different varieties that can be catered to increase intensity or explosiveness.
