Took 405 lbs for a ride for the 2nd time within one week. It went up with an RPE of 8.5 or so. But on the way up the bar rolled or shifted on me, and put A LOT of bad pressure on my elbow/bicep. Now it hurts quite a bit. Hopefully it isnt anything major.
