Leg press...the leg exercise that is actually pretty effective but barely anyone does correctly. On the top, I'm doing what a lot of people incorrectly do. I have a very limited range of motion and I'm using my arms to push my legs. If you need to use your arms to push your legs on each rep then you're going too heavy. After all, it's a leg press not an arm press.
On the bottom, I'm using full range of motion and I'm letting my legs do the work. My arms actually look pretty solid in that @universalusa tank I must say 😁.
