Insanity: Doing the same thing over and over expecting to obtain different results.
If we don't change something we've been doing wrong, how can we improve?!? I know my technique could be way better so I am attempting to make some changes. Yes it is hard to change..... because honestly I will keep missing when I'm trying something new. But eventually, I will start to get it in and it will be better than before 🤗 So no stress right? 😜
Here is what I've been working on with my backhand:
• More rotation in shoulders • Not dropping the racquet head too much • Continued practice of contact point in front
• Not catching the ball late on my open stance!!!! What will you try to improve or change about your backhand?! ❤️
