The unfortunate reality is that movement is dramatically under valued and under practiced amongst athletes and general populations. The above video is a short and sweet routine to open up the body. Literally can be done in minutes. I highly recommend doing such work in the mornings as you hop out of bed and even per workout as part of a greater warm-up.
