Leg-Morning! Warmed up with some extensions and got right into squats. Worked up to 315 2-sets 6-8 reps, into a drop set at 225 20reps, threw in some pulse squats for some added tension and glute pain. It was a tough session after deadlift last night but boy does it feel good!

120kg back squat 4 x 5
32.5kg DB RDL

Superset
160 leg press 5 x 8
100kg calf raise

Gym finisher with leg extension drop set starting at 85kg.

30 minute swim to finish followed by a slow roast in the sauna

Not a bad way to start the day.
