If you're not incorporating single leg work into your leg sessions you're really robbing yourself of potential gains.

See the thing about training legs is that people seem to train them differently than any other muscle group in your body. Think about training arms, you wouldn't just do ez bar Curls until your arms give out would you? So why do people only do leg work with both legs. You need to give your muscles plenty of stimulus and train them in different ways, like you would by varying your arm training up to include single arm curls and hammer Curls.

A lot of people complain that they find it hard to grow their legs and are making one of three mistakes:

1. Not training legs enough or skipping altogether
2. Doing the same thing every time and expecting results
3. Not focusing on their big compounds first

Single leg variations will help stop the stagnation mentioned in the second point. You can do nearly every normal leg workout with a single leg variation: Bulgarian split squat, single leg extensions, single leg curl, single leg hip thrust, single leg calf raise... The list goes on.

Try it out, you're sure to find it difficult but nobody has ever got good results easily have they?

•Had a late night leg/booty session last night and I woke up feeling this one🔥 on each of these exercises you should be doing a weight that pushes you!!👏🏻 Think I might be taking a rest day today, ya girl took pre-workout a little too late last night and couldn’t sleep🙄also my whole body is so sore but If I decide to go I’ll be hitting shoulders and tris🤗 .

So I just HAD to post a Transformation Tuesday pic after finding the pic on the left 😂 in the picture on the left, I really THOUGHT I had some booty gains. 🙄
Left: October 2017 I was doing a lot of cardio, lifting sorta heavy, and stressing about my diet.
Right: March 2018 mainly sprints and no more than 20 min of cardio, HEAVY lifting, and LISTENING to my body to see how it responds to certain things I eat but not stressing about it. I went from training my legs 1-2 times a week to training them 3-4 times a week.
I am still working on myself and I have my own goals I want to achieve. One of those goals it to definitely keep on growing these legs but keeping the abs 😆
Also, there’s nothing wrong with the way I looked on the left. I was perfectly ok with my body but I was just stressing a lot and not in the best place mentally. Pictures work wonderfully when you think you aren’t making any progress!
