Let's talk about leg growth 💁🏼 First thing I want to state is we all grow, eat, train differently - none of us are the same! So what works for me and the exercises I do may not work for you so don't beat yourself up about it - it's all about experimenting and working out what's best for YOU!
It's taken me a long time and still is to grow my legs, it doesn't just happen over night! Even in tonight's session I was trying new things and they didn't work for me, so I'm gonna start doing again what does - all part of the process!
But the most important things to me are 2 things: you are what you eat AND always push yourself to your limits. If you want to grow and succeed and make good leg gains, do these two things and trust me results will start to come in 🤙🏻 Happy with my progress within the last 10 months, can't wait to see what happens in the next couple years 😇
