The sweat is real.
The smile is forced.
The pain is temporary.
The work has been done!
And now it's time to shower off that 5am workout and get to work to help others. Last week I nailed five different 5am workouts. This week I'm already at nailing four. This isn't to gloat...it's just being real! I'd rather sleep, too, but this is the BEST time for my husband and I to get it done. Plus, when you have some delicious pre workout juice to chug as soon as the alarm goes off, I have no other choice than to move tho body and put it to work! 👍🏻👌🏻
