Gym schedule has been erratic with acting class, auditions, long work days and a million other things in between but remembering to keep a healthy mindset 🧠 is the best thing we can do. Gainz won’t go away from some time off. And, making ourselves feel bad for missing an exercise day isn’t helpful — esp when our schedule and bodies are overrun with other commitments important to our end goal.
Best to keep moving forward and plan to set ourselves up for success.
I said I was gonna work on leg definition and I haven’t given up that goal — I’m proud of my work so far and energized by the challenge of keeping that progress going 💪🏼 🍖
One step at a time and always make time for healthy body and healthy mind habits 🙏🏼
