This journal will have detailed cardio routines, calisthenic workouts and weight lifting workouts. You will also get a journal of my meals. You will be able to get meal ideas and apply them to suit you best. This journal will be available WEEK BY WEEK for download. Best of all YOU GET TO KEEP ALL THE WEEKLY JOURNALS and reuse at any time. Week one will be available from MONDAY 25 June. Cost: $400TT.
