Finally tried the popular reverse hack squat ( i like it ). 😅 ✌🏻

You cant build nice legs unless you do high reps/volume squats with FULL RANGE OF MOTION. 🦍

Strong ✅ Flexible ✅ Strong through full range of motion? Questionable. But why is this important? Well firstly you generate a greater power output even if you use less weight and do full range. This is applied to typical gym exercises too like squats and bicep curls. Secondly, these slow eccentrics help to not only strengthen the muscle but the connective tissue as well, something that's not often trained but needs to be!
