Awesome lower body session today 🙌🏼 To think that not long ago I dreaded training legs, I was super weak in every lower body movement and just didn't know what to do or how to improve them 👎🏼.
It's only within the last 6/8 months where I have ..
➡️ Learnt HOW to do the movements.
➡️ Set a STRUCTURED programme to follow.
➡️ learnt about and applied PROGRESSION to my training. ➡️ Realised that lower body training has a great carry over on my training in general; improved deadlifts, burning calories easier, able to manage volume on upper body work better.
➡️ Stopped being a fag and realised that Training legs is fun!
After applying all of the above points I can now say that I am happy with my lower body; and I can't wait to progress even further! 💪🏼
