You can't build a great building on a weak foundation. You must have a solid foundation if you're going to have a strong superstructure. Create a solid foundation, create a blueprint, and understand who you are.
She believed she could and she did...Happy with today's leg day 145 squats, 185 glute bridges, 397 squat press...then hamstring curls, leg extensions, kettlebell deadlift pulses to a 15min incline walk to top it all off..I may need to be carried to Spin class later🤣
Legs slowly progressing, food intake has increased, losing some definition but it's all gains 😁👍

Good, quick leg workout before I had to get ready for my new job. Not a bad first day at all, I have never felt so appreciated for the work that I do as a caregiver as I have today! It's funny how things work out, but I always find a way. 👍
