What a killer!
I’ve been working hard on embracing these ol legs of mine. For along time, I put myself down and always said “ I hate my legs, ugh”. Anyone else feel the same? There is always something.
Accepting my body for what it is and also what is capable of, is part of the journey.I work on daily. With help from my loving sisterhood.
Instead of thinking how fat and short my legs are, I practice replacing that thought with “ I am blessed to have such legs. They have the power to carry me through the day. I need to take care of them so they continue to serve me well in my active lifestyle.
