#FAILFriday (or Sunday) My deads from last week, a fail, redemption, and a lesson.
I tried to setup differently for my lift, and if obviously didn’t work. I was more forward than I should’ve been, and it showed when the bar didn’t budge.
I knew the issue, fixed it, and came out with a much smoother lift after.
It just goes to show how much every inch matters (don’t be dirty) and how much positioning matters in your deadlift.
Moral of the story: Just because something doesn’t move/doesn’t move how you want it doesn’t mean you’re weaker, you could’ve just fucked your setup 🤗 #LiftWithCiarra
