Ok it's deadlift day one this week, that means 3x3 at 360 and 2x2(really only one set) at 405 rack pulls.
Best part was having my coach @kaokashin there to keep me hyped.
Neat trick and it was cool to do, was using the wagon wheels rather than a block or rack. Much more carryover to the deadlift with the same benefits of a block/rack.
Everything felt great, though I was only able to pull the wheels for one set. You may see me fail to move the weight at the start before making my second attempt. By the time it was my second set I had nothing left to give it; oh well.
After all the deads and wheels I hit some accessory work for bench and my weak hammies. This sucked and was not fun, but required. Thankfully I had my #gruntstyle shirt to keep me motivated.
Only a 5ish weeks until comp day.
