Standing cable hip thrust. It’s sort of like a cable pull-through, with more stability but less constant tension then with bands, the tension is mostly at end-range.
All work wonders and play their role...
With bent legs will involve more glutes and less hammy, whereas straight legs will involve more hammy and less glutes.
This is certainly more convenient and easier to set up.
As you can see I used a dip belt.

So up top is my workout that I did. I added side leg press and kickbacks while also engaging my side quads.
Slowly increasing my speed in the treadmill right now I'm starting at 4.2 speed and every minute or two I increase by 1 until I reach 4.5 and run that pace for a little and then the last 3 minutes I sprint. On my off days Wednesday, Saturday and Sundays I'm going to add #HITT routine to my running and crunches.
The two belly pics the one on the far left after workout and the one middle to it is before my workout. My tummy is more defined and engaged. My two leg photos just shows my quads cut peeping through and my progress on my "leg gap". It's not about losing weight, yes it would be great but I'm trying to build muscle so I assume I'll loose maybe 10-30 pounds in the beginning but gain about 10 back of muscle. Which is fine I want to feel and look good!

For #Squats was really trying to focus on breaking at the knees more rather than at the hips because I tend to fold over more, changing it felt as if I stayed more upright. I tried to utilize the wraps more with the bounce at the bottom. Top set 455lb moved well and wanted to go higher but called it there. On my drop set 395lbx4 I places a video at the top left corner showing the previous set trying to stay upright. The main video I started to fold over only because my lower back was starting to get fatigued. Overall my form was feeling really good.
