Motivation is a great thing when we begin a new journey, it gets us started, it pushes us to take that first step, but reality is... that its not always there. There are a many times when I have lost motivation or I just feel lazy and every excuse runs through my mind... its human. It happens to all of us. Don't get me wrong, im not saying that once you lose motivation you never get it back, its just not reliable. So how do you keep yourself on track? When you lose motivation? ... Make it a habit. Habits are ingrained in us, are way more reliable, and harder to knock out with excuses and most likely wont let you down. Once you create a good habit, getting back on track when you have fallen off, becomes easier. I challenge you to pick ONE habit that you would like to add to your life i.e drink more water, wake up at 6am, put more veggies in your plate, eat slower, not looking at your phone when you are with friends and family.... etc. Make sure is reasonable and sustainable....small goals will lead you to the big ones. For example: if you picked "drink more water" ... and you barely drink water, don't start with a gallon a day...may be try a glass of water upon waking up and before each meal... you get the point😉

Be intentional and focus on it each day until it becomes a habit.... only then you can move on to the next 😉 share it with me, if you want! 🙃 ill keep you accountable if you need me to 💪🏼
