My newest favorite exercise for the hammies 👌🏼Not really sure what the exact name is, but I'm gonna go with the hammie thruster 🤔
👉🏼 Band is attached to the rouge rig & feet are elevated. Once you start the reps, the lower back & hips don't rest on the floor again until the set is done. Goal is to get the hips up high enough so the body is in a perfect straight line (though it gets deceivingly difficult by the end).
