Can you bring some juicy yoga moves off the mat and into your world? (This does not have to mean handstands on beaches in bikinis 🙄) Try the pure movements of the spine. Length, flexion, extension, lateral flexion and rotation. Incidental props are the best! This is how we roll at the skate park 🌈😁 Grab a signpost or some of the equipment at the exercise station. Nothing beats a modified d.dog on your morning stroll, not to mention some fresh air and vitamin d!
