Yummy Madeleines for dessert, complete with all three girls using their licked fingers to "wipe up" every bit of icing sugar on the table 😂 I think they turned out really well but we will put more butter in the future including buttering (instead of spraying with oil) the tray. The girls were very chuffed with their effort 👌🏼 #pearcesunschool#lifewithoutschool#learningbyliving#learninginthekitchen
MAKING MADELEINES >> the batter is resting but we've had a lick and so it tastes and looks just right! 👌🏼🤤 miss6 & 3 did very well helping 👍🏼 • While waiting, we are watching some old school Madeline from YouTube!! They watched an episode about the Eiffel Tower (which I might as well use to expand on next week) and the next episode I chose for them was Madeline's Rescue, which actually follows the book we read yesterday. We'll read the book again tonight! Repetition is key right?? 😍 #lifewithoutschool#pearcesunschool#learningbyliving#learninginthekitchen
Sharing the kitchen with my child has always been a dream. I’ve always imagined cooking meals, talking about days events and sharing fellowship with family in the kitchen. Sydney is a little young for all that stuff right now but he’s still in the kitchen with me everyday.
Took a culinary trip to Egypt last night with the girls! Egyptian goulash and boboosa (well sort of). it was a nice way to wrap up Kyla's study of ancient Egypt!
