MY 7 DAYS DETOX DIET RESULTS!

As promised posting my results of my 7 days detox diet plan here. I am happy with the results, eliminated a lot of water, abs are looking much more flat. Both pictures were taken in the morning as you can tell by the face 😂😂 I followed the diet exactly as specified and that was the hardest thing to do for me, cause I'm normally much more flexible when it comes to diet, so basically this time i changed my routine to fit the diet, and see if that would affect me much, but it didn't.
Benefits of detoxing: * You drink much more water during the day, keeps your body hydrated and you don't feel hungry all the time. ✅ * Regulates your intestine, if you don't go to the bathroom at least once a day, believe me, that will change early in the diet. ✅ * Eliminates bad toxins, regulates your blood sugar level and release inflammation from the body, so you will burn more calories.✅ * More energy during the day, you will be ingesting loads of nutrients and vitamins. ✅

What's next ❓❓❓ I will be starting a new phase of my diet, where I will include some of the food from the detox plan, but definitely adding more protein in the diet, carbs also will be increased. ------------------------------------------

Anyone that knows me knows I work out and work hard at it. I have been #Thriving for 2 1/2 years now and have always loved that the joint support allowed me to keep being active. This June they released #DFTDUO and I decided to treat it as a new 8 week experience. The picture from June was an eye opener and I was embarrassed. During the 8 weeks my workouts consisted of amazing Orange Theory Fitness classes where I pushed myself... ok Tanya Riewer was always over my shoulder when on the rower to be sure I was giving my all 😉. Actually all of the coaches helped push me so thank you! Man I am glad I put in the effort and trusted the DFT DUO experience because I am so proud of the 7 inches I have lost and progress I am making. It's a journey... trust it and never give up! My Chest & Triceps are screaming! Them decline push-ups and Diamond push-ups are a killer. Totally a different kind of workout from Insanity. It's not about cardio endurance, it's about muscle endurance. But I BEAST it out. Feeling good but I KNOW I'll be hurting tomorrow LOL!

Since posting my progress pictures a couple weeks back, a lot have asked how I've done it. The answer is, there's only 1 way of doing it... That's getting yourself into a good routine - this was always the start of mine as soon as I woke.
I'm not telling you I had this, ate whatever I wanted and ended up at 13% ... but what I'm saying is this set me up burning calories for fun and kept me focused on my end goal.

I did an hour of cardio after work. It was supposed to be my 24 hour recoup BUT, I ate like shit. And felt bad about it. 🤦🏽‍♀️ I didn't want to mess up my new routine so I did cardio. & I have to be up in 5 hours to be back at the gym. 🤷🏽‍♀️
