Recently my mom got total reconstructive knee surgery on her torn ACL and meniscus. Doc says up and running in 6 months but her PT has been saying 3 months with what she's been doing lately.. Still asks me to drop her off the gym in crutches every day a week later.. even with my super busy schedule, I can't tell her no. It feels so good to eat sweet potatoes again. At this point in my life, a keto diet just isn't my thing, so I'm back to calorie cycling, and cycling my carbs now. Also am now fully counting my macros whereas i used to kind of half ass it, and it showed -

🏋🏼♀️🏋🏼♀️ Not my leanest, but my heaviest - today is the day I'm officially heavier and stronger than I ever have been in my life. Eating meat and dairy didn't get me here before (87kg/192lbs). - It's been said so many times but you really really really don't need to eat meet to reach your fitness goals. I think I've proved it with my own body by now however.... - One of our good friends has agreed to try a vegan diet to lose weight & gain muscle. He's finally decided to give it a go 😁😁😁 - No doubt we'll be documenting everything we can on here. Morning workout done, This workout is something inspired in part by #LeanMachines and #TeamRichey videos I saw this week. It's Plate weight Thrusters and Plate Weight Hip Thrusters, reps per round 4, see how many rounds out of 15 you can complete. I have physio this morning so I went really light weight, 25lbs so I was able to do all 15.
