Recipe? Right here (1 serving):

100g wholemeal penne pasta
2tbsp hummus
1/4 Large Avocado
1/4 Red pepper
1 large tomato chopped
1 tsp pumpkin seeds
Drizzle of fresh lemon on top

Just cook up the pasta following the packaging instructions and add it all into your bowl like so.

While you didn't really need to know the recipe, it's important to understand that your performance and energy levels need all three of these nutrients. It's super simple, yet we see low/no carb diets still fooling people into believing that the water weight they've lost is going to stay off! As soon as you start eating carbs again, which you will, your body replenishes your carbohydrate stores and the weight comes back!

The other day someone told me they were concerned about my health.. -
In my head I thought 'this should be good', so I listened and the concern was around a balanced diet
- 'Robbie, I just feel like you must not be getting a balanced diet. You're not yourself.'

Some days I would have caved. somedays I would have just responded with 'and what makes you qualified to say what a balanced diet is?' -
But we're here to share our experience, and how we're using our diet to feel incredibly nourished and stay in great shape. If someone doesn't see it one day, that doesn't matter, because we're going against the grain and we know it. -
As for not looking like myself, justin and I have been working real hard on the next big part of our business, and can't wait to tell you all more about it soon! πŸ˜€. So I guess we probably look a little tired!! Nothing to do with our diets πŸ’ͺ🏽.

While it's not going to see incredible movements, here's a little tip for you to slightly improve that Basal Metabolic Rate. -
Spicy foods like Ginger, Red Chilli and Cayenne can improve this rate, and also help you feel fuller for longer. You may not be a lover of spicy foods, but studies have shown spicy foods to prove results on both accounts, which can definitely help you to get one step closer to your ideal weight. -
We also recently heard back from one of our clients on our most popular plan: 'The plan is great. I have learnt so much about nutrition and it has helped me to stop counting calories which is such a relief as I can actually enjoy my exercise now rather than be thinking whether I have burnt off my lunch that day!'
