Low Days: 1250 cal. 125P, 50F, <78C.
Refeed days: 1600 cal. 140P, 55F, 160C.
Now these numbers will change especially my low days because I'll be eating the calories I burned off with the 55 minutes of cardio I do. Ready to kill this 💪🏻

That's a rap! So here's the story I got up at 4am ready to go to the gym before work but hubby wanted to go with me after work so I decided ok why not and turns out he was not feeling well so here I am late night session, Sunday evening which I dislike but afterwards it was awesome! Chugged my preworkout hiit the stairmonster and then heavy legs it was! It was a good way to end my Sunday night! PLUS it's my Friday yay! 3 day weekend begins!
