💥If you remember only 1️⃣thing, let it be this: ⛔️Do NOT waste money on packaged/prepared foods with glitzy labeling. Unless it's absolute crap, it is DEFINITELY going to COST YOU MORE to buy these items--and ultimately the ingredients list won't be that impressive anyway. 💡Make your own simple, healthy versions with simple, healthy ingredients that you know are pure.
🥑Also, check the EWG's "Dirty Dozen" and "Clean 15" lists to help you prioritize which produce items to buy organically (or just avoid). 💰What are YOUR best tips for weightloss on a budget?💰

Refeed days: 1600 cal. 140P, 55F, 160C.
Now these numbers will change especially my low days because I'll be eating the calories I burned off with the 55 minutes of cardio I do. Ready to kill this 💪🏻

So here's the story I got up at 4am ready to go to the gym before work but hubby wanted to go with me after work so I decided ok why not and turns out he was not feeling well so here I am late night session, Sunday evening which I dislike but afterwards it was awesome! I tell my patients just to skip the glass of OJ and have an orange. If you love OJ though you can make it work. Just be mindful of your glass size.
I am putting 10 oz instead of 8 oz (1 cup) because I have noticed when not measuring it is a touch more.

Despite what cereal companies want you to believe...
science says "it's okay not to eat breakfast."

What science has found to be "not okay" about skipping it is the correlation between skipping breakfast and indulging in crap calories later in the day.
▫️▫️▫️
Here's the deal: you don't NEED to skip breakfast, but you also don't NEED to eat it. Do what works for you. Convenience breakfast foods tend to be a poor start to your day, so if you are rushed in the morning but feel like you MUST eat breakfast because "they" say so, try fasting through the early morning instead.

INTENTIONALLY--or even just MINDFULLY--delaying the break of your overnight fast can actually be quite healthy, as well as helpful for weightloss.
▫️▫️▫️ It can go awry, though, without following these tips:
1️⃣ Expect hunger. (It really shouldn't catch you off guard.) Drink water or unadulterated coffee/tea.
2️⃣ Plan your first meal before you even go to bed the night before. You don't want to be ravenous and ill-prepared.
3️⃣ Keep your diet high in protein and moderate to high in fat; keep your diet low to moderate in carbs. The less your body relies on sugar for energy, the less likely you are to experience crazy dips and fluctuations in energy.
4️⃣ Don't break your fast with sugar.
5️⃣ Decidedly talk yourself out of "needing to make up the calories later." Let your body find it's groove.

Conversely, do you have time in the morning to enjoy a nice veggie omelette and a bowl of oatmeal? If so, go for it!👍🏼
