As fibras solúveis da azeitona ajudam a minimizar os níveis de glicemia, o que também propicia o emagrecimento pois todo o excedente de glicose no sangue é convertido em gordura.

After a 10 day break from keto while on vacation I’m back (with +10lbs back on the scale 😵)! My plan was never to continue keto after my vacation as I started it to drop some extra weight, but now I don’t want to stop! This is my 2nd day back keto and IF. After fasting for 14 hours my pee strip was between small and moderate, however, testing again this evening I’m definitely back down to trace. Staying positive because I know keto works and I know the weight will come off soon 👍🏼

@ketoandretroamy posted some keto bark and it got me craving it. So I put some @nooshbrands birthday cake flavored almond butter on the dark chocolate coconut @choczero keto bark with sea salt. This is my first time trying this nut butter and I love that it's 2 carbs and I actually really like the birthday cake flavor. It tasted really good however I don't like the consistency it was too oily but that could be because it was mixed with MTC Oil. However I really like it straight out of the package for next time
