Chicken Parmesan with Zoodles

Ingredients:
Chicken: 8 Pounded Out Chicken Breasts
3 Eggs
¼ cup Heavy Cream
2 Cups Almond Flour
2 tsp Chili Powder
1 tbsp Salt
1 tbsp Garlic Powder
1 tbsp Onion Powder
1 tsp Pepper
1 Tbsp Basil, chopped
1 Tbsp Parsley, chopped
8 Slices Mozzarella
**you will need oil to fry the chicken in
Zoodles: 22 oz Zucchini Noodles
2 tbsp Ghee
2 cups Classico Tomato Basil Pasta Sauce

Instructions:
1. Place the sauce in a sauce pan and heat until warm.
2. Pre heat the oven to 350.
3. Set up a breading station with one dish containing the eggs and cream whisked together and another dish containing the almond flour and seasonings blended together.
4. Bread the chicken using the standard breading procedure.(Coat in the flour mixture, then coat in the egg mixture, and then again in the flour mixture.)
5. Heat the oil in a deep pan until it begins to ripple (The oil should be about 2 inches deep). Once the oil is hot, pan fry the chicken until it is brown on each side. Remove and place on a sheet pan with a rack.
6. If the chicken is not fully cooked place in the oven and cook until the thickest part reaches 165 degrees.
7. Remove and place a slice of cheese on each chicken breast and return to the oven and cook until it has melted and then remove from oven.
8. In a large saute pan, heat the ghee over medium heat and then add the zucchini noodles, season with salt and pepper, and cook until warm.(do not over cook, they will become to wet and soggy.)
9. To assemble, place a layer of zucchini noodles and then top with sauce. Add the chicken on top and serve.

Abstract
Este estudo examinou os efeitos fisiológicos da ingestão de gelo triturado antes do exercício de estado estacionário no calor. Participaram dez homens saudáveis ​​com idade (23 ± 3 anos), altura (176,9 ± 8,7 cm), massa corporal (73,5 ± 8,0 kg), VO2pico (48,5 ± 3,6 ml/kg/min).
