I bought this dress before our Hawaii trip in January (before keto). I know it's super tacky, but it was for a luau, so... 🤷🏻‍♀️Anyway, I didn't end up wearing it in Hawaii because I forgot to pack my spanx. 😂 There's a 40 pound difference here. I applaud myself 😂.

3️⃣Este programa terá duração de 3 dias, em que você comerá ovos + queijos + manteiga ou óleo de côco.
Após os 3 dias, retornará à nossa LCHF. Após 4 dias, terminando assim a 1ª semana, você pode repetir o programa novamente - caso queira manter acelerada a velocidade de emagrecimento. O mesmo pode ser feito durante 30 dias, ou até que você tenha chegado ao peso desejado.
🌱Folhas regadas no azeite serão permitidas, para facilitar o funcionamento do intestino.
🍋Água temperada com limão também está liberada, assim como ☕️ café com adoçante!!
🍳Ovos serão a principal fonte de gordura e proteína.
🐽Você poderá usar 1 colher de manteiga ou óleo de côco ou banha de porco, para cada ovo consumido.
😴Ao acordar, o mais tardar 30 minutos depois, você deverá comer 1 ovo.
🕰As refeições de ovos, idealmente, devem ser feitas de 3/3 horas, caso não o faça, não deixe passar de 5 horas.
🧀Será permitido até 20g de queijo gordo para cada refeição de ovos.
🐣Consuma ao menos, 6 ovos caipiras ou orgânicos diariamente, mas estarão liberados quantos quiserem (Lembrando que, você deve comer o suficiente para se sentir saciado)!
🏋🏻Treinos mantidos, com BCAA antes e durante, assim como seu Whey pós-treino!
⏰Às 18h você deverá comer 2 ovos.
💤Sua última refeição deverá acontecer 3 horas antes de dormir.
💊Pela diminuição dos nutrientes nesta fase, é muito importante não esquecer o polivitaminico prescrito e o ômega 3.
⚖Se pesem ao acordar amanhã, E SÓ ENTÃO, daqui há 7 dias.

I hiked TEN miles to Havasupai Falls this weekend. This trip was a HUGE personal victory for me. Here’s my Monday motivation and current screensaver. I’m about 12 pounds up from this pic and I’m excited to put in the work to get back to this version of myself. And hopefully keep my progress in the strength department. Life has been crazy, but I’m finally realizing it’s probably not ever going to slow down. I’m going to work on making crazy the new norm and quit waiting for things to quiet down. Finding a balance with family, work, diet, and my time in the gym is an ongoing process but I’m determined to figure it out. I’ve taken a much needed break from Instagram and the gym. For my new followers:
In January, I restarted my fitness journey. After years of gaining and losing and gaining, I decided no more yo-yoing. In the beginning of the year I started slowly cutting out carbs. After months of research, I finally decided to start Keto in April.
Keto has been awesome for me! For those that don’t know what it is, Keto is a low carb, moderate protein, high fat diet. I’m using to help me with FATloss rather than weightloss and I’m very proud of my results thus far! Plus I still get to eat bacon! 😝🥓🧀🥑

EGG FAST DAY 1 ::::: 🍳 For the record and in case anyone is wondering 😜 so I tracked everything eaten today and this is how it all pans out for today, not bad at all even with the 2 tbs HWC I accidentally had in my coffee this morning...👌 😉 YAY!
