Mexican plate may be one of my favorite simple TIU recipes - start to finish - 20 minutes flat. That's what I call an efficient prep! Today's meals:
M1: Egg tacos + coffee M2: Yogurt M3: Turkey sandwich on whole wheat + fruit M4: @perfectbar M5: Mexican plate with lettuce, green onion, heirloom tomato, black beans, salsa, guac, red pepper, and ground beef with homemade seasoning + booch
Happy hump day! Was gonna post this earlier but it's been a crazy day!! This morning I got up worked it 💪 did cardio core because i missed doing it yesterday and a total body routine. I'm feeling good my arms are sore from #tiuflexfriday because I upped my weight 🏋️♀️ 😍. My goals for tomorrow are to stay #lcg ALL day! Enjoying an #LCG dinner on the porch looking out at my beautiful yard and garden! Today's #tiubootycall was a 2.0 mile walk with the pups and #tiuliveworkout at 8:30! I've been keeping my nutrition on point all week except for a small piece of fudge that the kids I nanny made for me! So no wine for me tonight! I'm really excited to start the #30burpees15days challenge with @lorabeezy_tiu on Monday! Happy hump day, y'all!

Haven't chkd in w meals lately but #summertoneup has been mostly #lcg...here are a few samples from today. Threw together a sweet snack of warm blueberry protein mini muffins topped w almond butter and honey. This turned out soooo good!! Dinner was veggie fajita salad w homemade guac, always love mexican food. Hoping a fall challenge is in the works (maybe some more pumpkin protein🤞), always motivating to try some new seasonal recipes!!
