Here's how I made my baked shrimp egg rolls! Tag a friend! ⬇️⬇️ ☀️Step 1☀️Sauté a bag of coleslaw with cabbage and carrots included with water chestnuts and chopped scallions. Cook until tender.
☀️Step 2☀️Add soy sauce, garlic powder, and one packet of Sazon. Stir. Remove and strain if any liquid.
☀️Step 3☀️Cut shrimp into three's. Sauté in sesame oil until pink. Lightly season. Drain and combine w/ cabbage mixture. ☀️Step 4☀️Lay out egg-roll wraps on a diagonal. Place about a tablespoon of your shrimp filling in the center (fold as shown in video).
☀️Step 5☀️Baste each egg-roll with olive oil. Bake at 400 degrees for about 10-15 mins, flip, then bake an additional 10 mins or until crispy. Serve with sweet and sour dipping sauce!
