The satisfaction of a wort recirculation finding its balance! During recirculation the malt skin works like a natural filter trapping all the impurities of the beer. Once we get a clear beer with transfer it to our kettle to add our favourite hops. We are brewing a fresh batch of our @frenchiesbb Kolsch this morning.
