Teens need to stay kean on their health and fitness and here are some quick tips for just that:
1. Drink at least 64 oz of water daily to stay hydrated and to remove toxins which promote acne 💦
2. Exercise 3 to 4 days a week for at least 30 minutes to build lean muscle and for good conditioning 🏃🏽♀️ 3. Eat 3 regular meals and 3 healthy snacks throughout the day not going longer than 4 hours between eating 🥘
4. Cut back on fast food and processed food like cakes, cookies, ice cream and chips 🍪
5. Avoid yo-yo dieting and fad diets - they can ruin a healthy metabolism
