💥NEED A SNACK AT NIGHT?💥
🔹Do you find yourself wanting just a litttttttle somethin’ somethin’ later in the evening, before you go to bed? I occaisonally do. - 🔹I want to find a snack that doesn’t have too many calories, but that will hit the spot. -
🔻Let’s just put it out there, that late night snacking can get you into trouble if you are trying to lose fat. And it’s not because it’s late in the evening. It’s because you don’t want to go crazy with calories and go way over your calorie goal for the day -
🔹Honestly, any of these snacks would be great at any time of the day, but they are particularly good at night, because they are all relatively low in calories, and they might just do the trick for ya.
🔻The best part is that all of these snacks take almost zero preparation time (cuz who wants to do that after dinner?),and they are things you may already have at home. Plus several are great protein options as well.
🔹My go-to is a protein shake. I use chocolate protein powder, could even add a smidge of almond milk if I wanted. It’s all about the chocolate part though 😉🍫
