Take 1 & 2 Practicing Squatting 200lbs with the Assistance of the Smith Machine. I'm working on squatting lower to achieve that perfect form for the Squat Rack. I love this shit. I always knew I was strong but to put it to use daily is my favorite high🏋🏻♀️ #FridayNiteAtTheBar
Did a late night workout for #back .. I went out from my usual routine, instead did some #5x5 , i was surprised with my raw pulls, had 3 plates, without grips nor belt 😂😂😂 .. (sorry, not bragging here, im just happy)
Also, i was surprised with the number of pullups i can do.. 😂😂😂 Lesson: surprise yourself, you'll never get best your limit, if you won't.
