Day has 1440 minutes - use 20 of them to work out. .
We weren't developed as humans to be sitting all day long.
That's why there is so many dis-eases, so many people that are frustrated, depressed..
Because they stopped moving. They stop enjoying themselves and went too far from origins. .
I'm sure you can find 20 minutes a day to do some activity you like?
Walk, swim, hike, lift, yoga.. whatever it is for you, just keep reminding yourself, anything is better than nothing! . . . . . . . .
