Let’s Talk about Lash Extension Do’s and Dont’s.
Do... wash your lashes daily - removing all that debris and oil will help your lashes last longer and keep those fans nice and fluffy
Do... brush them daily to keep them from tangling and going crazy
Do... use a make-up remover designed for lash extensions and not just any over the counter remover that may remove more than just your makeup
Do... take hair and nail vitamins and use lash boost serums. This one is controversial but from what I see with my clients it helps improve the health of your natural lashes, so you can have even fuller extra beautiful lash sets 😉
Now the DONTs!
Don’t... wear MASCARA! Kiss those beautiful fans BYE because you’ve officially sealed them closed and no amount of makeup remover is bringing them back.
Don’t... put FALSIES or CLUSTERS over them! Not only can you KISS some of those beautiful extensions BYE . But say HELLO to your new BALD SPOT you created by ripping out your natural lashes.
Don’t... Rub your eyes like there’s an itch you’ve been dying to scratch forever. Especially not right after I just filled your lashes, right in front of me 🤦🏻♀️ or while I’m still filling your lashes. Be gentle. Even if you didn’t have extensions this is just bad for your eyes in general.
And please don’t stick your face right by the oven door when you open it to get your turkey out this Thanksgiving. You will singe all those beautiful thin, fluffy tips and have little blunt ended lashes. 🦃
