Quick #lunch today with spicy chorizo, smoked #lardons, crushed #tomatoes and a steamed egg. This recipe is so simple I can't not share it with you.
You will need:
2 free-range eggs,
Spicy cooking chorizo,
Smoked back bacon,
Small onion (optional), Tin of crushed tomatoes.
So start of fruit your bacon and onions until the onions are translucent. Add the chorizo and toss together until the chorizo starts to stain the bacon ant onion. Add your tin tomatoes and simmer. Crack in two eggs, season lightly, cover with a lid and serve when the egg whites are firm. And that's it simple quick and easy.
