What ever happened to adding sprints to a workout?
Sprinting is awesome. Why does it seem like no one does it anymore?
Because it's hard?
Everyone should sprint more. Preferably up a hill, if said hill is available.
Oh, and for the record, I felt like I was flying in this video. Like, getting chased by a Bangalore Tiger, flying.
However, this video re-confirms the fact that I was indeed not getting chased by a Bangalore Tiger, and I am just a fairly slow human being.
But, I still got a great workout. Sprint hard. Give it your all, and you will too.
