Lamb cutlets with couscous
1. Rub lamb cutlets with paprika, pepper, salt, ground fennel, chopped garlic and coriander.
2. Sear on pan, 2 mins each side then put aside
3. Using the same pan, add yellow onion and garlic. Fry until golden.
4. Add in mushroom and asparagus. Salt and pepper to taste
5. Add 1 cup of water and wait until boil
6. Add in 4 tbsp of couscous (2 servings). Add a bit of lemon juice (I used 1 drop of Lemon eo). Tutup api. Garnish with coriander leaves.
