Eating food from the ground is important. Fast food dependency is a disease-causing cycle. Convenient fast food everyday or multiple times a week over time is a huge issue. It is a contributing factor- along with smoking amd sedentary behaviour- to cardiovascular diseases which are the leading killer in North America. Anyone reading this post definitely has a family member or friend with ties to some CVD (heart attack, stroke). Change is necessary. People, especially Indigenous people, formerly never had so many heart-related issues.
An occasional, weekly or monthly burger and fries is normal and healthy, but processed food on a daily basis is simply 🛇TOXIC🛇for the body. Give your body the respect it deserves with 80% nutritious foods and 20% of whatever your heart desires 😁
