ACL Rehab ‼️
One important aspect during ACL rehab is preparing for the transition to returning to running when cleared by the MD. Ensuring single leg strength and mechanics are adequate to sustain the load/stress placed on the joint when running is crucial.
Here we have one of our patients, Jenna, crushing her rehabilitation at 12 weeks post surgery.
In these exercises we are working on strengthening, while adding in sport specific drills, along with eccentric loading and landing mechanics.
