Caught this group on their last set... These guys came to get their asses kicked. Small space big work. 1.Crushed on the bikes.. intense, heavy & fast . 2. Get on the floor for 3x3x3 stations while group 2 wrecks it on bench work with med balls, changing work 3 times after runners complete their line. Both groups non stop for the full 3 sets of stations. 1 min rest. Switch groups then back to bikes. Repeat.... 30-45 minute session.
