Throwback to my two+ months sojourn in Sydney this year... Prawn Ceviche, Sweet Prawns (Amaebi) marinated in Apple vinegar and Chilli, and tossed with diced apples and coriander stalk. Simply refreshing! Awesome juicy roast duck with duck sausage. Flavorful house duck sausage made with duck meat, diced oyster mushroom and yam beans for added crunch, as well as duck skin used as casing.
