My toughest challenge on this weight loss/get fit lifestyle change has been diet & portion control. I've started learning more about macronutrients and eating better - cutting unhealthy carbs like white rice for example and replacing them with "better" carbs like whole wheat bulgur. As for portion control, I may have to buy and carry a food scale with me everywhere! Getting the portion/serving size right is a massive struggle. Also, two weeks after meticulously logging my food intake, I've lost 1kg...I know it's a slow process, but hard not to get discouraged. I'm committed to this lifestyle till the end of the year & and I'm gonna stay far from the scale until the last week in December. Wish me luck! 🤞🏾🤞🏾🤞🏾 This is today's food log.
